FAQ

Before joiningQuestions parents often ask.

Here are the common points families want to know before booking a trial or choosing a class.

Child learning English in a classroom
Can beginners join?

Yes. During the trial, we observe age, personality, and English experience, then suggest a comfortable starting point.

Are lessons fully in English?

Lessons are mainly English-led. When children need reassurance, simple Japanese support can be used.

How many American teachers are there?

We plan lessons with 2-3 American teachers covering conversation, phonics, and presentation or private support.

How can I check fees and location?

Guide prices are listed on the admissions page. Small-group classes start from ¥16,500 monthly for four lessons, and private coaching is ¥31,900 monthly as a guide. Location, schedule, initial costs, and make-up rules can be confirmed after the trial.

When will I receive a reply after booking?

After reviewing the request, we will contact you through your preferred method with possible trial dates. Please enter a contact detail you can reliably check.

Will we be pressured to enroll after the trial?

No. After the trial, families can review the child's reaction, suitable classes, fees, and schedule before deciding.

Can parents consult in Japanese?

Yes. Parent explanations and initial consultations can be provided in Japanese.

Is it okay if my child is shy?

Yes. The first lesson focuses on trust and comfort. We begin with short, easy-to-respond activities instead of forcing children to speak immediately.

Can parents observe the trial?

Depending on age and personality, short observation or parent presence can be discussed so the child can focus comfortably.

Can siblings join?

Yes. We consider age, English level, and personality when recommending class combinations.

What is my form information used for?
